The CASSI Service Handbook -
The CASSI Service Handbook forms part of our quality management system
It is not intended to be a document that stands alone.
It in fact stands in a broader context and should be read and used in conjunction with several other resources. These include:
- The CASSI mission and vision statements
- The NSW and the QLD Disability Services Acts
- The NSW & QLD Disability Service Standards
- The quality management systems at use in CASSI
- Workplace Health and Safety legislation
- Workcover legislation
- Equal Opportunity Legislation

The Service Handbook is designed to be a useable resource for Service Users, advocates and staff. It is a single resource that is designed to summarize the manner in which CASSI operates. As a summary document it is useful in itself but proves to be all the more useful when placed in its broader context.
